Zarina Bt Baharudin

Zarina read law at the University Technology MARA (UiTM) Malaysia and graduated in 2001 with a Bachelor of Laws (Honour) Degree. Having completed her pupillage, she was called to the Malaysian Bar on 26th April 2002.

Zarina's legal experience includes practice in Conveyancing, Islamic Loan, Civil Litigation, Criminal, Probate & Letters of Administration, Bankruptcy and other Execution proceedings during her pupillage. She also have 3 years experience in legal practice and her employment with a Property Developer, she has extensive experience in property development, Joint Venture Agreement, and Government Contracts.

Mr. Steven Tai TC

Steven read Law in London, England , and graduated in 1985 with LL.B. (Honours) from the University of London. He returned to Malaysia and obtained the Certificate of Legal Practice in 1986 and was called to the Bar in 1987. 

Steven's legal experience has been extensive and includes civil debt collection such as hire purchase, credit cards, foreclosures and the respective execution procedures, retail and corporate banking loan portfolios of the various institutions and Developer's work.

Other legal experience would include conducting Legal Due Diligence, Joint Ventures, Share Sale, Development Contracts, Computer Systems Agreements, Software & Hardware Maintenance Agreements, Source Code Agreements, Service Level and Debit Card Agreements, Will Writing, Succession Planning.

Datuk Stephen Wong YO

Datuk Stephen Wong read Law at the University of Warwick, Coventry, England, and graduated with a Second Class Upper (Honours) law degree. He proceeded with his postgraduate studies at the Lincoln 's Inn in London, England, and was admitted to the English Bar as a Barrister-at-Law in 1994.

Datuk Stephen Wong was called to the Malaysian Bar in 1995 and his area of practice includes Corporate, Conveyancing and Civil Litigation matters. Stephen's legal experience further includes Joint Venture, Privatisation and Development Agreements, Agreements relating to property and commercial transactions and loan documentation for various financial institutions

Mr. Chen Hean Tin

Hean Tin embarked on his legal career by reading law at Monash University, Melbourne, Australia, in 1992, and subsequently called to the Malaysian Bar in 1997.

Hean Tin focuses predominantly in the areas of real estate for commercial and residential properties, banking and finance and commercial agreements.

He represents various property developers, banks and financial institutions and other corporate entities for land related matters, project financing, bridging and end financing.
